My wife just retired from HP and likes her. (Of course, since she just retired, she obviously survived the layoffs.
) Carly keeps getting hit about the 30,000 laid off on her watch but HP has spent the last year laying off 55,000. My wife also worked for Perot's EDS which HP bought.
