This is a good idea altho I've no idea what the end result will be retention wise.
I assume, for the enlisted, it would be offered with/as a reenlistment option.
As officers can resign whenever what controls are in place to keep from someone having a 3 year paid 'vacation or free educational experience ' then resigning?
