During the Son Tay raid the green berets deliberately crashed a helicopter for speed and surprise.

During the bin ladin raid the SEALS accidently crashed a $100,000,000 stealth helicopter and took 23 SEALS to kill one 70 year old guy.... and gave China the remaining helo parts for their stealth program.

I rest my case.
