Thank you - I was unsure - but concur.
All the inefficiency of government intervention/regulation will be in play.
In the meantime, capital will likely be allocated to lawyers and lobbyists and not to infrastructure or R&D. Creativity will be somewhat curtailed until the shake out. No doubt the initial regulations will favor the giant players and the little guy will spend on lawyers and lobbyists or maybe die or perhaps never enter the market.
And, technological advances may change the entire ball game - 2016 might usher in a new administration to undue the damage...all because Netfilx, ISPs and customers have a disagreement...I hope your friends at NPR are happy - they have invited the fox to look after the hen house...I sincerely hope that I'm wrong.
