That area are some high prices. Best of luck. Reality is that you will be living out along the tool road or Maryland and driving like most do. Keep in mind that MAryland is a NO GUN STATE!!! So if you're a gun owner, stay in Virginia.
Look over in Tyson Center off Chain Branch/ Leesburg Hwy turnpike 7. Falls Church area too.
