These stood out. Kyobanim, have you used windows phone effectively to type using voice command software? Can Cortana do it?

My tablet is android but my laptop is on Windows 8. So the laptop will sync effectively (and easily) with mobile windows 8.1 for file transfer, etc. through USB? Wifi? Bluetooth? or like iphone where it requires itunes.
