I made spinach smothered potato and chedder cheese filled perogies last night from a recipe I found
here. Next time I will make spinach filled perogies from scratch. We didn't have fresh mushrooms so I cut back on the cream cheese a bit and added a can of cream of mushroom soup. I should have cut back on the salt to account for the added soup because it was a bit salty.. I omitted mozzarella cheese because we didn't have any.
