Nope, no fires. I do remember that there is a restaurant owner in Newport Beach, CA (or near there in the South Bay) that owns an AH-1 that is often used in movies. The aircraft is based in Lake Havasu. BUT, his pilot is from Sierra Vista. His Cobra and the one I saw are both painted black. (Or, at least was, the last time I saw the LH one.) Oddly, the owners of the property that he landed on just built a pretty nice church on their property and they have a shooting range that seems larger than ours. It's an interesting neighborhood.

No hook up points that I know of...back in the day a few 'guys' got in some deep kimchee because they talked a Cobra crew to allow them to hang externally for a MFF (HALO FUN JUMP) on Bragg and 'took pictures'......just another great logbook opportunity....
