When I went through SUT (summer of 2013) they allowed Molle, Alice, and TacTailor Malice or of some equivalence (Blackhawk SOF, TAG Etc...) as long as you brought a Molle (in case your primary takes a dump on you) However, talking to the guys getting ready to leave this week, They're saying Molle rucks are recommended (CIF purposes). So I'm guessing both are fine, but I would still bring both.

And who knows, by the time you get here..it may change again.

And yes it is true, My ruck during both the Echo phase and Sage weighed in at 130 lbs. I rucked a TT version 2 (ended up getting a sleeping bag attachment sewn here at bragg) But others on my team both for Max Gain and Sage had Molle rucks and did just fine.
