I am having the same problem as you, my liaison tried to get me 18x because I had above qualifying scores but the CMO at meps would not get me an ABRN stamp waiver. I'll be at OSUT at Ft. Benning May 20th so I've been trying to find out if SOF recruiters will be down there. Half are saying they will be and half are saying I'm SOL due to no ABN stamp and that I have to wait till I get to my unit. Best of luck to you!
