When I was working there last year a young Saudi male was beheaded after he killed a few people while showing off and drifting his car down a populated street. They drive like maniacs anyway. Speed limits, stop lights, merge signs, etc. don't mean anything to some drivers there. Children driving was another problem that I saw too.
