In the event you have the opportunity to spend time with very affluent Americans, you may find that many have faced their share of kidnappings and other violent crimes.
You may also find that some turn to a variety of measures to improve their security that neither involve turning their places of residence into fortified compounds nor enlisting the help of .GOV while others just go about living their everyday lives.
