I agree on the fermenters. Perhaps it would be better to say I've had success with glass, and recommend them. That doesn't mean there aren't other viable systems. I do suggest clear though, just because watching the fermentation can be interesting.
I've heard my style referred to Partial-Mash despite not gaining fermentable sugars through the steeping. Maybe I was told wrong? Certainly isn't All Grain, that's for sure.
Also didn't touch hydrometers, which I've never gotten into.
