Maybe we dont need a military.
The preamble says we need to provide for the common defense. DHS can do that. If we would mind our own business we wouldn't need that a Navy, just a sea going force that can force to Guard our Coast. We wouldn't need ground combat forces and tanks...
...just the DHS and some armored trucks to do riot control.
Everything else can be done with missles and drones.
A robust national health care plan and a well armed DHS and we should be good to go.
