"The top noncommissioned officer in the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade was honored Tuesday with the 2013 Col. Aaron Bank Award.

Command Sgt. Maj. Tony L. Duncan said he was proud and humbled to receive the award, which is named after the founder of Army Special Forces and is presented by the Association of Special Operations Professionals.

Duncan said his success is a direct result of his mentors and the soldiers who have served under him........"
