Yep, it's a good read ... short, concise, and to the point ... but it still has jargon, i.e. "footprint", etc. I'm not sure the sheeple will understand, even with the A-stan ODA deployment example .... They sure didn't get it during the 70's and 80's when I was in Group. They were too caught up in the Rambo portrayal. Hell, even my father, after I completed SFOC thought I was in the Army band ... he equated 'Special Forces' to the 'Special Services' of his (WWII) generation. To fully understand a process you have to be in the seat of the person performing the process, not an outside observer who will have, by definition and physical space, a different perspective.
Just my $.02. I hope I'm wrong.
