I watched some of that back & forth in their chamber on CSPAN; not just him, he made his case, the ministers made theirs. Pretty refreshing sometimes to watch as a process after the pony & dog shows that go on here in rooms that are twice the size of their hall with 1/3 the people, that take 10 times as long.
No staffettes, they even have to carry their own notes.
