What a contrast. Around here such things are missed & noticed when they don't happen. UH-60's traversing directly over the local field between ANGB, the AAF, and the local base training areas... C17's low & slow into the nearby air-assault strip & Badger DZ... the invisible roar of F16's in one of the MOA's playing grab-ass... 3-ships of C130's headed home to roost in the sunset at minimum altitude. There was even a local farmer who filed a complaint to the PAO a few years back wanting to know where all those A10's went (they were downrange plinking knuckleheads). He liked watching 'em roll inverted into the impact area. Bumper-stickers abound:
