While some here are cheering at his arrest I got a little problem with the law they quoted in the story.

They didn't say they were charging him with anything he did against the US.

There have been a number of former SF folks who fought in South America, Africa in the late 70's, early 80's, and Afghanistan in the 80's (All on the good guy side) that could be charged under than law.
