Sometimes it's easier to find coffee than water in the hospital - I drink whatever's in the pot (so long as it isn't that decaffeinated crap) - I take it black and in large quantities. Doesn't matter if it's been cooking down all day.
Best I've ever had was Kona Peaberry that was brought back as a gift from a patient who went to the islands for his Make-A-Wish, although Jamaican Blue Mountain is a close second.
