A long overdue post just because I finally got it:


RICHARD:

If you were on the instructional team that took us from the bunny slope at Lake Eldora to crossing the Continental Divide on skis, living in snow caves and eating C Rations (not MRE's) in 1976, I owe you big time.

My SFOD (A-752) from the 7th SF Group did TDY to Denver, CO (actually, a jump into snow just outside Buckley ANG Base), followed by barracks (Aurora, CO) and met some squared away NG SF instructors who absolutely were top notch in winter warfare.

Please check your AT / ADSW orders from that time, but even if your A Team was not the one on my rotation, PM me a telephone number and next time I'm in Dallas (actually, Richardson/Plano, visiting my brother) you are entitled to a steak dinner on me).
