Attempting to create jobs while losing even more jobs than are being created due to the closing of antiquated industries and the West pulling their job ops out of the Red Dragon's lair is a looming nightmare for China's centralized economy and hugely low-tech economic base - watch for it as it comes to an Al-Jazeera news station near you.
