Agree, I see a whole lot of questions regarding old guys "story" of what transpired. If you're in a life threatening situation, especially a "possible" gunfight you don't go and move (drag) bodies. Old guy states he shot the man with the Mini-14 and he fell down the stairs. He then pulls out a .22 and shoots him in the face. Old guy spent a lot of time moving between guns in the middle of a life threatening situation. If the Mini-14 was working why go to a .22? Getting shot in the waist would probably allow the man to yell and scream hence the shot to the head. Then after he kills the man, old guy expects me to believe a 18 y/o girl just walked down the same stairs only to get shot the same way? Mini-14 jams? And he goes back to a .22?

This sounds planned to me. You don't switch guns in a gun fight unless your primary is not working. This guy switched guns for pleasure. I really don't believe a word old guy says, including the break in.

And 24 hours later he called the police? Yeah that's normal. I would guess he somehow lured one of them into his house killed him or her and then lured the other into the house. I'm not buying that girl came down those stairs "minutes" after her friend was brutally murdered. Old guy is a lying bastard and I hope they fry him.
