1 minute per 1,000 ft. Up higher may get to 1,400 per minute.
They have it figured pretty close up to the balloon float altitude. Where the balloon reaches maximum size and will go no higher based on the weight of the capsule.
I forget the exact time line but the jumper exits, after a period of time the capsule is cut free and returns to earth under a parachute while the balloon has it's vents opened and returns twisting and turning to earth where it is recovered.
