Just made an appointment for my over 65 ID card at Bragg. Did it on line and without any hassle. Got my confirmation by email a few minutes later. Have no idea what is going to happen when everyone is trying to do this, but you can get an appointment 30 days out.
Oh yes, if you need an appointment, almost all the days in October and first week in November are open.
