The Rule of LGOPs
Not really comedy, but it did bring a smile to my face. Hope I didn't miss this with the search.
Found this over the weekend. Thinking back to D-Day, Market-Garden and forward how the American Soldier has persevered in the absence of key leaders or being micro-managed. That, along with Don Burgett's comments (from German POWs) that one of our strengths was that we blast-away less & tend to use aimed rifle fire to actually destroy the enemy.
Hope it brings a smile to someone else as well.
