The Admiral--and I have to admit that makes me leery because I don't have whole lot of faith in Admirals who profess to know about land warfare unless they've spent their action years in NAVSPECWAR-- he makes the extraordinary suggestion, in the form of a question, that Muslim outreach advisors had a hand in deciding the ROE in Afghanistan. When do we drop that bomb on the families of our fallen warriors? I can't buy it.
And as far as failure of the AVF, I too am not seeing the connection.
