We had money when the Russians went bankrupt. I don't think we have the money to drive them out of business anymore.
...hell Papa-Johns has to raise the price of pizza because of universal health care. When we have to raise the price of a pepperoni pie just to pay for health insurance, we are probably not economicly positioned to keep the Russians from building a blue water navy.
