I would try changing your DNS (Domain Name Servers)
I believe they may have been changed if you visited that FBI web site regarding the "Computers can't access the Internet " scare earlier this month.
I'm using:
Primary DNS Server : 75.75.75.75
Secondary DNS Server : 75.75.76.76
What worked in the past:
Primary DNS Server : 208.68.222.222
Secondary DNS Server : 208.68.220.220
YMMV
