I always thought it was hogwash, yet that is exactly the approach that at least 90% (IMO) of the MSM have taken, and obviously that hasn't worked out so well.

The media are just putting up a facade while the rest of the Wall Street gang continues the looting and plotting their escape and the Politico's are gearing up for controlling the situation when the sheeple figure they have been lead to slaughter.
