I'll admit I've stopped following this kluge for awhile, but have to ask:

Immunity (hearing) from what?

Is that the term down there for establishing that Zimmerman didn't "pursue & confront" and that use of deadly force was needed because Zimmerman had "a reasonable fear of death or serious injury?" Is that the thing that might've been established had the regular Grand Jury process been used?
