Holy Cow,
The old saying, "No sounds a whole lot like go" no longer holds true. There have been too many accidents from tandem passengers getting in the way of a good skydive, who simply didn't want to go...and shouldn't have.

I am not saying this was entirely the fault of the passenger. The tandem instructor should have ended this skydive in the door.

Both parties are very lucky.
