The attack didn't take place in the "neighborhood" where International Mall is located. The mall is about 5 miles / 15 min drive to the north. It's very foolish to walk in unfamiliar territory anywhere at 3 am I believe the area is known as Gandy Gardens, which is south of Rattlesnake!
