I wrote a research paper in college about Cass Sunstein. He is a very unique individual to have in that type of position, and not in a good way. This guy has argued that animals should have the right to file lawsuits, along with expressing very radical views on cost-benefit analysis.

I took the hypothetical position of a Wyoming hunting guide in this paper and vigorously opposed the Sunstein confirmation by the Senate. Both conservatives and liberals have questioned his suitability.
