Do you not understand the full adult responsibilities of having a mortgage and living with others in a neighborhood, belonging to a homeowner's association and abiding by their rules or understand and appreciate city codes and the force of law, whether you like them or not? And yes, neighbors and the law can take that away from a neighbor that has a junkyard in the front yard.
