I don't know about the validity of those reports, but, what I do know is “Big Boy Rules” always apply regardless of your situation or location. Essentially that means if you're going to allow folks to party than you need to ensure you have designated partiers which means you have at least 1 or 2 folks who remain sober and who manage these types of situations. I don’t want to knock the entire SS culture or abilities but if they didn’t have a contingency for dealing with this type of situation from escalating to this point then the POTUS might want to reconsider his security arrangements. But hey, you do realize thats why its known as "Loco Colombia."
BTW: the biggest lesson here is NEVER, EVER try to cheat a Colombian, especially a Colombiana, you'll not only loose, but, you'll end up looking like a fool on the front page of every paper in the world, you'll end up getting fired from your job, you'll end up getting divorced or breaking up from your girlfriend and life will no longer be the same. Being I'm married to a Colombiana, I know these things and these words are verdad!
