Yup, that counts.
I've had to disarm guys with knives on two separate occasions-I got cut during one of the altercations, so I was lucky. In both cases, I was the only one who knew the assailant had a knife, and that's only because I was
looking for one.
I think the most experienced guy regarding knife fights is a Brother I worked with at Wpns Branch with the initials HH. He thought he was in a fist fight down at the Stab 'n' Jab one night, but when it was over, he had to go down and get over two hundred stitches.
