The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a solicitation for quotes/proposals to supply .40 S&W Caliber (180 Grain) JHP ammunition. ICE estimates this requirement to be 50 to 75 million rounds per year for 5 years. The release of the solicitation is planned to occur in early 2011. ICE is publishing the attached draft of the Statement of Work prior to release of the solicitation to allow time for industry review and to submit questions
