You mean "Latex Larry"?
He's often parked on the other side of town.
Fredonia has a Latex Larry too, as do most of the small towns going north along hwy 89.
It's an interesting delivery route (Colorado City and North Rim are part of it) dotted with odd people and things (including a restored 1943 half-track).
