The speaking engagement is for a prayer breakfast, which is generally not a "must attend". Given LTG Boykin's background, his presence at the breakfast would probably have given attendance a real shot in the arm. As it stands now, I would bet the breakfast will get a very small group of those cadets willing to give up valuable eat/sleep/study time to go hear a low-profile replacement flap their gums.
