They have been all over the review sites such as Soldier Systems and MilTimes GearScout. I haven't handled any in person yet, but I know that other manufacturers are starting to accept their entry into the market as evidenced by folks like ATS and FirstSpear starting to make and sell pouches for them.
The reviews have been generally positive. I personally can see where it would be a boon for ambush lines and an effective "mad minute." Beyond that, even for patrolling, except for dealing with the extra weight in the rifle at any given moment, cutting reload frequency in half can only be a good thing. You might even offset some of the carrying weight (they weigh a bit more than two equivalent 30 rounders I believe) by having to carry less nylon depending on your current pouch setup.
I know I would like to have at least one to see how they roll.
I'm sure others already have some hands on time.

For Americans war is almost all of the time a nuisance, and military skill is a luxury like Mah-Jongg. But when the issue is brought home to them, war becomes as important, for the necessary period, as business or sport. And it is hard to decide which is likely to be the more ominous for the [terrorists] -- an American decision that this is sport, or that it is business.
