I vote for soil sterilants for the drug producing areas. That goes for Afghanistan, too. Anywhere poppies, coca or marijuana is found in a foreign country that is meant for export to the U.S., sterilize the area. There are marijuana farms in the U.S. but these are usually in a national or state forest. Those we can control mechanically...
