Jamestown Commons is right outside the Yadkin gate, reasonable, and safe if you want an apartment. There are lots of 3 bedroom ranch homes for rent close to the Yadkin and Reilly gates if you want a home rather than an apartment. They have rebuilt a lot in Cottonade. If you decide to do a house, get with a property management company or realtor rather than doing it through an individual.
