I've seen some like that, totally normal teenagers, just happened to be muslim's and wear hijabs. I'm sure you could not wear one and still be religious, or wear one when out of uniform, some people are more religious than others. That video with the Australian muslim girl was cool, she assimilated very well and wasn't blowing sh*t up, almost no difference than any other Australian female.
