We have had numerous issues with the Baghdad Brigade. They are refusing to recognize MOI issued weapons cards or vehicles placards. Right now we cannot move because if we do they will confiscate our vehicles and weapons.
In addition if you come through a checkpoint into the IZ the rules will change daily. They have stated numerous times that they may or may not recognize documents issued by the MOI. It's utter chaos. Most PMC's within the IZ are being told to pack up and move. Some of them have had it done with force.
Yesterday one of our guys was attempting to speak with one of the officers and he stated; "this is our country now and we are making payback for all those where we were terrorized" or words to that effect.
