Just look at how uniform those labels are on those jars.
The wife and I are first time canners. We canned some peas a couple of months back. Actually I did most of the canning. She was going to do it but had a total knee replacement which meant when the peas came in I had to step up to the plate as she was only 4 days out of surgery.
