Nope! You do what you have to do but so many knives are promoted as being designed for or being good for sentry elimination that you'd think it's common place and done on a frequent basis. You could just give me an old Sykes Fairbairn. It has a nice sharp blade and tip and goes in quick and easy. It would cut like butter for this purpose compared to the knife above.

PS I did know a couple of people who used an E-tool to get the job done though.
I've always felt that if you have to pull out a knife to fight you've done SOMETHING wrong.
