I agree 100%. For the every day meat shopper/consumer, beleive it or not, Costco has had some pretty good deals. When you can manage the costs, do support the local butcher.
One of the goals this next year, is to rebuild the cellar cool room, modernize it with power and controls. Then I'll be able to hang 500lbs at a time.
