It seems to be unfolding in the usual and general way. He's just one more Virginia Looney Tune with a gun. I understand that Virginia does not want to admit that it has one of the largest endemic populations of Looney Tunes east of the Mississippi River because then the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service might open an assessment of whether to list the Virginia Looney Tune as a threatened or endangered species.

My advice for you is to not appear on "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader". Most fifth graders know the pentagon is in Virginia not DC.
