Here is a quote from said article:
"The decision does not affect units that have long worn berets as a mark of distinction, including the Rangers' black beret, Army special forces' green beret and Airborne's maroon version."
Why is "Special Forces" not capitalized in that sentence when "Ranger" and "Airborne" are? Goes along with the same lack of understanding news outlets show when referring to all Special Operations Forces as the "Special Forces."
Stuff like that just bothers me for some reason.
